Cancelation policy: Individual bookings require 7 days notice of changes prior to arrival. Group bookings require 30 days notice of changes prior to arrival. A full nights rate will be charged for each room that had been reserved.

Tipping Etiquette: We at Eagle Bluff B & B, highly value the hard work and dedication of our housekeeping staff. Tipping housekeeping staff is entirely voluntary and is considered a lovely gesture of appreciation for their service.

Assisted check-in or, our self-check-in arrivals are in place. Please specify the time and method of arrival.

Parking is in the ‘whale tale’ parking lot, a quick 4 minute walk. Guests can off-load their luggage on the wharf, before parking. A parking pass is provided.

Book well in advance. Spring, Summer, Fall and other peak times are often pre-booked. A 2 night minimum stay is required during peak seasons. We also have a ‘short-stay rate’

Sorry, no pets of any kind.

Non-smoking. There is an absolute “NO SMOKING” “NO VAPING” policy in effect. Our property is built entirely on wooden pilings with a cedar decking throughout. Smoking is across the street under a quaint, sheltered pergola.

Quiet relaxation with a beverage is acceptable. Quiet time begins at 10 pm.

Families are most welcome however children must be always accompanied by an adult.

Missing keys will be charged $30 per key.
